Sell Fast Alberta is a real estate investment company that purchases residential properties directly from homeowners for cash. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, and we do not represent buyers or sellers as agents in a brokerage capacity. Our service is the direct or assigned purchase of property.

- Submitting your property information through this website does not constitute a binding offer or agreement to purchase.
- Any cash offer we extend is non-binding until reduced to a signed written purchase agreement executed by both parties.
- Property valuations are based on information you provide, public records, and our assessment. We may revise or withdraw offers based on inspection, title review, or new information.
Assignment: We may assign any purchase agreement to a third-party buyer at or before closing, in accordance with the terms of that agreement and applicable Alberta law.

Our total liability for any direct claim is limited to CAD $100 or the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.
